The Northwest Herald is preparing a special section called Progress that will take a detailed look at many of the cities and villages in McHenry County. The stories will focus on the people and places that make these communities special and unique.

I am looking for people who have recently moved to Cary for an article about the village. The article will focus on what brings people to the village and how new residents adjust to and become involved in the community.

Anyone interested in sharing their story about moving to Cary and becoming a part of the village community, should call me (Brett Rowland) at 815-526-4616 or e-mail me at browland@nwherald.com.
