LIVE BLOG: Johnsburg SSA Meeting

More 25 people have showed at the Johnsburg Village Board's special meeting tonight.

The board went straight into closed session to discuss whether it will appeal a McHenry County judge's ruling invalidating a special taxing district for a controversial sewer project.

Trustees Bill Sandell and Ron Zanko are absent from the meeting.

Residents were angry that there was no public comment portion of the meeting before the board went into close session.

It doesn't look like they will be able to comment after the closed session either based on the meeting's agenda.
