Tony Stewart told reporters on Thursday that he felt "good" about the phone conversation he had with Kyle Busch earlier this week in which Stewart apologized for bumping Busch out of the lead last weekend during the final lap of the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona. Stewart went on to win the race and Busch told reporters Thursday at Chicagoland Speedway that he felt as if Stewart "dumped" him.

Stewart said that he was not going to comment any further on Busch's claim that he "dumped" him.

"I'm sticking to my feelings about our phone conversation," Stewart said, "and that's all I want to say about that situation."
