Harvard Fire rescue hosts fundraiser

HARVARD – The Harvard Fire Rescue Association is teaming with St. Baldrick’s for a fundraiser to benefit children’s cancer research and awareness.
On Aug. 9, the Harvard Fire Rescue Association will host a St. Baldrick’s Kids Day from noon to 4 p.m. at the Harvard Moose Lodge, 22500 Route 173, Harvard.
There will be food, games and prizes for all.
St. Baldrick’s is a volunteer-driven fundraising event for childhood cancer research. Thousands of volunteers shave their heads in solidarity with children who are battling cancer, while requesting donations of support from friends, family and the community.
