All seven players were cut by the Bears on Saturday as the team determined its 53-man roster for the season opener against Green Bay. As members of the practice squad, the players will be able to practice with the team at Halas Hall but will not be eligible to play in games.

The seven players whom the Bears brought back include:
• Quarterback Brett Basanez
• Fullback Will Ta'ufo'ou
• Defensive end Ervin Baldwin
• Defensive end Joe Clermond
• Cornerback Woodny Turenne
• Center Donovan Raiola
• Guard Johan Asiata

The Bears have one open spot remaining on their practice squad roster.
