5K run added to Tomaso event

This year's Coach Tomaso Celebration Walk also will include a 5K fun run.
The "Celebration of Life" event will begin at 8 a.m. Oct. 3 at the Old Village Hall, 11704 Coral Street, Huntley. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.
A $10 donation is requested to participate. All proceeds go toward the Carl J. Tomaso Memorial Fund, for distribution to charity by the Tomaso family.
The second-annual event is in honor of the former Huntley village manager, who died unexpectedly in June 2008.
