Aromashodu sits out

Bears wide receiver Devin Aromashodu will sit out for a second consecutive week against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Aromashodu impressed quarterback Jay Cutler during the preseason, but a quadriceps injury prevented him from playing in Week 1. Rookie receiver Johnny Knox played in his place and shined with a 68-yard reception down the right sideline against Green Bay.

Bears coach Lovie Smith opted to stick with Knox today against the Steelers. Knox also could see time as the Bears kick returner to spell Danieal Manning, who is expected to make his first start of the season at free safety.

Here is a list of Bears list of inactive players for Sunday:
• Devin Aromashodu, wide receiver
• Juaquin Iglesias, wide receiver
• D.J. Moore, cornerback
• DeAngelo Smith, cornerback
• Pisa Tinoisamoa, linebacker
• Lance Louis, guard
• Desmond Clark, tight end
• Jarron Gilbert, defensive end
