Ochocinco yaps at Cutler
Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco has traded some friendly jabs with Jay Cutler, Alex Brown and a few other Bears players on Twitter this week.
Here is a sample of the chatter between Ochocinco ("OGOchoCinco" on Twitter) and Cutler ("JayCutler6" on Twitter).
Ochocinco to Cutler: "tell your defense I'm gonna run circles around them, I'm mad we lost, Peanut Tillman is gonna kiss da baby along with the rest"
Cutler: "It's only Monday. Already starting?"
Ochocinco: "[Darn it] Jay I have to get a jump on yall, on a serious note tell Lovie to put Tillman on me all game with safety help, please!!!!"
Cutler: "Peanut on you with safety over top. You got it. Anything else you would like me to pass on?"
Cutler again: "double coverage all game might be difficult. Don't you think?"
Ochocinco: "well after I embarass [sic] the secondary I want your jersey after the game, that's all for now"
On Tuesday, Cutler laughed about the exchange during an interview on the "Waddle & Silvy" show on WMVP-AM 1000. He said he probably was done sending messages to Ochocinco, whom he respected as a player and as a person.
"Chad's great," Cutler said. "He's a fabulous player. He's a social media sensation. Once Wednesday starts, I'll probably be out of that whole situation."

During the interview on "Waddle & Silvy," Cutler also explained why he was so short with the media after Sunday's loss to the Falcons.
"Someone asked me a question, 'Do you think you guys had a chance at the end?' " Cutler said. "Of course we had a chance at the end. What do you want me to say to that?
"We had the ball down inside the 10 with 30 seconds to go," he said. "Yes, we had a chance to win. We had a chance to push it to overtime, at least.
"It's difficult," he said. "You play a 60-minute game, and then you get asked questions like 'Did you have a chance to win?' Yes, we had a chance to win. I mean, I don't know how else to address that."
That was the first question of Cutler's postgame news conference Sunday, and it set the tone for the rest of the media session. Cutler responded to almost every question with clipped, one- or two-sentence answers before heading back inside the Bears' locker room.
