CARY – Police are investigating a possible hit-and-run that injured a 20-year-old Cary man early this morning.

The man, whose name is being withheld by police, was found lying in a parking lot at 4:15 a.m. near the Walgreens at 500 Northwest Highway, in Cary.

Cary Police were called the store after they received a report of a fight occurring, according to a news release.

The man appeared to have been struck by a car. He was conscious, but could not move due to his injuries, the release said.

The incident is under investigation, but police believe they found the car that was used.
