Gretchen Kathleen Sebastian, 6 pounds, 5 ounces, 19.5 inches, was born Nov. 12, 2011, at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates to Tim and Toni Sebastian of Woodstock. She joins a sister, Grace Kelly Sebastian, 2. Maternal grandparents are Richard and Janet Lumm of Schaumburg. Paternal grandparents are Carl Sebastian of Carpentersville and the late Martha Sebastian.
