The Johnsburg Lions Club is sponsoring free eye screening for Diabetic Retinopathy from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29, at Village Hall, 1515 Channel Beach Ave.
Diabetic Retinopathy is the leading cause of new blindness in adults. Early detection is a major factor in the prevention of visual loss. This screening may determine if you have a retinal problem associated with macular degeneration. No appointment needed.
