Corey Wootton finally has worked his way off of the Bears' inactive list.

Wootton, who was affected by a hand injury during training camp, will be in uniform for the second time this season when the Bears host the San Diego Chargers at 3:15 p.m. Sunday. He has been inactive for the past five weeks and eight of the first nine weeks.

Several other Bears will receive an opportunity to play after spending part of the season on the sidelines during games. Reserve defensive end Mario Addison, offensive tackle Levi Horn, safety Winston Venable and running back Kahlil Bell all will be in uniform against the Chargers.

As expected, nickelback D.J. Moore will miss Sunday's game because of an ankle injury.

Moore, who is tied for the team lead with three interceptions, injured his ankle during practice last week. He will be replaced at nickelback by veteran Corey Graham.

The Bears' other inactive players include defensive tackle Matt Toeaina, defensive end Chauncey Davis, linebacker Jabara Williams, tight end Andre Smith, guard Ricky Henry and quarterback Nathan Enderle.

Anthony Adams will start at nose tackle in place of Toeaina.
