CARY – Cary-Grove High School has some remaining space in its second semester preschool for area children aged  three through five years old.

Beginning in February, the preschool lab meets two days per week with the schedule varying based on the age of the child.

The following is information on the program provided to the Northwest Herald by School District 155.

What is the Cary-Grove Preschool?

The focus of our preschool program is the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of the total child. The primary reason for the development of this special class is for the high school student to learn as much as they possibly can from the young children.

What are the requirements for participating in this program?

The child must be three years old by the start of this preschool program. (February 14, 2012)

The child must be toilet trained.

The child should be socially developed so that he/she willingly separates without anxiety.

Preschool Cost & Further Information

The cost of consumable materials for the semester is $100.00
