CHICAGO (AP) – A Cook County judge has reduced bond for a Chicago man accused of binding his young daughter with tape and posting a picture on Facebook.

Judge Lawrence Flood on Friday reduced bond from $100,000 to $30,000 for 21-year-old Andre Curry. Curry has pleaded not guilty to aggravated domestic battery and unlawful restraint. The case became national news after Curry posted the photo of his 22-month-old daughter on his Facebook page in December.

Curry's attorney has said his client was just trying to be funny with the photograph and that he didn't harm the girl. Curry's mother, the mother of Curry's daughter and Curry's pastor have all told the media the same thing.

On Friday, Curry told the judge he would comply with any conditions to have his bond reduced.

Why would you be "friends" on facebook with anyone who would call the cops on you? It was probably a pretty solid joke.
