ECOmmunity program
to feature ornithologist

WOODSTOCK – The “Winter is For the Birds” meet-up, canceled last month because of snow, has been rescheduled for noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at ECOmmunity’s lunch-hour discussion group that meets at the Woodstock Square Mall, 110 S. Johnson St.

The public is invited to meet a top habitat expert and learn how to help wild birds survive the winter, Diane Ayers, program coordinator, said in a news release.

The workshop is hosted by the ECOmmunity Public Action Network of McHenry County.
