Township must pay bill, judge says
HUNTLEY – A judge has ordered Grafton Township to pay a bill for nearly $20,000 to a computer forensics company hired to look into missing township financial records.
Trustees hired the company after they accused Supervisor Linda Moore of deleting the records. Attorneys for the trustees have said that Moore admitted removing the records.
McHenry County Judge Michael Caldwell ordered that Moore, in her capacity as supervisor, pay the $19,880.31 bill to Forensicon.
