Green Drinks to talk lawn care Wednesday
CRYSTAL LAKE – The public is invited to join the Green Drinks McHenry County group from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Duke’s Alehouse & Kitchen, 110 N. Main St. in Crystal Lake.
This month’s presenters will talk about natural lawn care.
Each year, lawns in the United States are covered with more than 67 million pounds of synthetic pesticides and 3 million to 6 million tons of synthetic fertilizers.
