JOHNSBURG – The McHenry Township Fire Protection District completed its remodeling upgrade of Station 2, while an expansion of the district’s oldest station remains on hold indefinitely.
Township fire officials met at the newly remodeled Station 2, at 3710 Johnsburg Road in Johnsburg, for the district’s board of trustees meeting Wednesday evening.
“It’s 100 percent completed,” Fire Chief Rudy Horist said.
