WALKUP ROAD: A planned closure of Walkup Road has been postponed from mid-June. The closure has not yet been rescheduled.

Work on the road this year consists of two parts: improving the intersection of Walkup Road and Route 176, and widening and resurfacing from Crystal Springs Road to Bull Valley Road.

Plans call for two lanes in each direction at the intersection, along with separate turn lanes. Walkup will get a continuous center turn lane north of Crystal Ridge Drive and will be widened to three lanes from north of Crystal Springs Road to south of Bull Valley Road. New signals will installed at Mason Hill Road.
