HUNTLEY – Young athletes can take advantage of Centegra Physican Care’s reduced-price sports physicals, have their heart checked with an ECHO heart screening, and receive a sport concussion baseline assessment.

Centegra Health System offers reduced-price sports physicals throughout the summer at locations in Crystal Lake, Woodstock, McHenry, Huntley and Spring Grove.

Centegra Immediate Care centers regularly offer walk-in sports physicals year-round for $40. With sports physicals mandated by schools, Centegra Physician Care centers make it cost-effective for families by offering them for $25 throughout the summer.
