HUNTLEY – Donations will be accepted Wednesday for a garage sale Friday and Saturday at Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church.

Besides donations, the church requests hangers and bags. Items that will not be accepted include chemicals, computers, TVs, large appliances, sleeper sofas, mattresses and car seats.

The sale will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the church, which is on Main Street next to the new village hall. Ten percent of the profits from the sale will go toward the Green Trees community service project.
