Pioneer pursues solutions

To the Editor:

In the midst of the significant challenges we continue to face with impending state budget cuts, the recent announcement of the closure of Family Service and Community Mental Health Center brings an even greater impact on the local human services organizations and the individuals who rely and depend on these services.

As the chairman of the board for Pioneer Center for Human Services, I want to assure the community and the individuals affected that the Pioneer leadership team, staff and board members are fully engaged and are working diligently to provide uninterrupted services for the many who have been impacted.
