Nonprofit pursuing teen center off Square
A relatively new nonprofit group is trying to raise funds to create a center for teens.
Revolution Ministries, while not affiliated with any church, wants a youth center where teens can find “help,” hope” and “hang out” – what it calls “three H’s.”
“Everyone, especially teenagers, needs a safe place to be with friends that is close and convenient,” Revolution Ministries President Len DiCicco said. “Teens will be able to get assistance with homework, job skills and other life needs. [And] a place to find hope – faith-based guidance and encouragement to love God and serve others.”
