Petersen Park Beach offers free boat rentals
McHENRY – The McHenry Parks and Recreation Department will offer free 20-minute boat rentals from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Petersen Park Beach.
The department has one- and two-person kayaks, two- and four-person paddle boats, canoes and a rowboat.
All rules and regulations for boat rentals apply, and a rental agreement must be signed.
