Spring Grove chief’s  son faces  sex charge

SPRING GROVE – The adult son of Spring Grove’s police chief has been charged with several misdemeanors, including criminal sexual abuse.

Ehren T. Sanders, 33, whose address is listed at 7508 Coventry Drive North, Spring Grove, is charged with one count each of criminal sexual abuse, theft and domestic battery in connection with an incident May 1.

According to the criminal complaint by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office, Sanders intentionally held down the victim with his body and placed his hand inside her pants. He also allegedly pushed the woman, who is his ex-girlfriend, down onto a car seat and licked her face.
