Introductory computer training at Shah Center

McHENRY – In an effort to meet the non-credit computer training needs of McHenry County residents, the Shah Center is offering the Silver Series that features two different programs –Welcome to the World of Computers and Welcome to Microsoft Office 2010.

The Silver Series is hands-on computer training and is the perfect introduction to computers for older adults, dislocated workers and others with little to no previous computer experience. The coursework provides a step-by-step approach for beginners, giving real life examples to help students better understand and experience success using a computer.

Classes take place at the Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane in McHenry. Shah Center courses are available to bring to a company’s facility and customizable for their needs.
