Re. the June 13 letter headlined “Gun sales surge”.
The writer had the data, but missed the correlation. Contrary to the writer’s stated belief, there is a connection between 40 people being shot in a single weekend in Chicago while “Local [McHenry County] gun stores enjoying sales surge.”
