Faith in Action  gets $5,000 grant

Faith in Action of McHenry County received a $5,000 grant from the Andrew & Alice Fischer Charitable Trust, organization representatives said in a news release.

Faith in Action is a nonprofit organization that provides numerous services to senior citizens in McHenry County through volunteers who provide transportation, friendly visits, yard work, minor home repairs or short-term respite care.
