Police: Man used toilet water to defraud drug test

WOODSTOCK - A Schaumburg man faces felony charges after attempting to pass a random urine test by using toilet water, according to authorities.

Brian J. Uchwat, of 1640 Churchill Road, was charged with defrauding a drug and alcohol screening test Wednesday.

The 29-year-old met with his probation officer at the McHenry County Government Center as required under the terms of his probation, according to a news release. While providing a random urine sample for analysis, he allegedly used a sample of water from the toilet.
