Springs at Crystal Lake expansion approved
CRYSTAL LAKE – The Springs at Crystal Lake nursing home will be expanding with a two-phase addition approved by the City Council this week.
The first phase will bring an additional 12,000 square feet, including administrative offices, living room and TV area, ice cream parlor and beauty salon. It will be built to center around an internal courtyard.
Phase two of the expansion will include the construction of more private rooms, increasing the capacity of the center by about 30 from 97 currently.
