Boston bids farewell to ‘Yook’
BOSTON –Kevin Youkilis said farewell at Fenway Park on Sunday, a 9-4 win over the Atlanta Braves helped by Cody Ross, who hit two homers and drove in five runs.
Youkilis was traded to the White Sox for utilityman Brent Lillibridge and right-hander Zach Stewart after the game.
Youkilis was lifted for a pinch-runner after hitting a triple in the seventh inning.
