Woodstock broaches savings incentive
WOODSTOCK – City officials may consider a program that would give perks to employees who come up with money-saving ideas.
The city has no parameters or framework for what such an incentive program would look like, but at a recent City Council meeting, members agreed to explore it further.
The basic concept is that city employees who come up with ideas to shave money from the city’s budget would be rewarded.
