Carpentersville police ID victim in murder-suicide
CARPENTERSVILLE – Police have identified the victim of an apparent murder-suicide Friday in Carpentersville.
Nicole S. Brown, 38, was fatally shot by Anthony Rodriguez, 39, near her home in the first block of Alameda Drive, said Carpentersville police Cmdr. Tim Bosshart.
Authorities found Brown lying in the street about 9:40 p.m. when they responded to a report of a man holding a gun in the 100 block of Pueblo Road.
