My Special Assistant saves clients time

CRYSTAL LAKE – Suzanne Kauss had been the VP of sales and marketing for a $2.8 billion company. It didn’t seem to help.

When she “retired” back to McHenry County from her former career with Uniglobe Travel International in Vancouver, British Columbia, she first wanted to find a job in middle management. She couldn’t.

She started a personal assistant business in 2008 geared predominately toward seniors. In the early going, she didn’t have much success with that, either.
