When she “retired” back to McHenry County from her former career with Uniglobe Travel International in Vancouver, British Columbia, she first wanted to find a job in middle management. She couldn’t.
She started a personal assistant business in 2008 geared predominately toward seniors. In the early going, she didn’t have much success with that, either.
