Police warn of possible duct-cleaning scam
SPRING GROVE - Fraudulent activity involving solicitors asking to perform duct cleaning has been reported in Spring Grove, according to authorities.
Police are searching for a person allegedly driving a maroon-colored vehicle with a Wisconsin license plate and “Recall Walker” bumper sticker, according to the Spring Grove Police Department.
Residents solicited by the business or who see the vehicle are encouraged to contact the department at 815-675-2596 or the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office at 815-338-2144.
