WOODSTOCK – Two 16-year-old males were killed in a single-car accident early this morning.

About 2 a.m., Alec J. Kaiser was driving a 2010 Hyundai Elantra west on Davis Road when he lost control and left the road to the south. The vehicle rolled and crashed into a brick pillar and a tree. The car came to a rest  in the front yard of 14217 Davis Road.

Kaiser and his passenger, Jacob S. Norys, were pronounced dead at the scene by the McHenry County Coroner's Office.

Autopsies are scheduled to take place Monday.

The McHenry County Sheriff's Office said both Woodstock residents were wearing seat belts and the vehicle's airbags deployed.

The crash is being investigated by the sheriff’s office's Crash Investigation Unit.
