Man guilty of sexual assault

ST. CHARLES – A Kane County jury convicted a Carpentersville man of having sexual contact with a girl he knew.

Johnny Haskins, 43, was convicted June 27 of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony.

Between January 2009 and November 2009, Haskins had sexual contact with a the victim, who was younger than 17 at the time, according to the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office.
