To the Editor:
To everyone who lives in Del Webb, we all are familiar with the 500, for as you all know it’s the main street going through Del Webb Boulevard north to Main Street and Marengo Road. The speed limit is posted at 35 miles an hour, but much of the traffic travels from 35 to 55 mph.
Many people walk their dogs after 6 a.m., and that’s when the madness begins. Don’t try to cross the road then or you may become a statistic.
