Conservancy to train volunteer stewards
WOODSTOCK – The Land Conservancy will host a volunteer stewardship orientation July 14 for people interested in volunteer workdays.
The orientation will be from 9 a.m. to noon at TLC’s headquarters, 4622 Dean St., Woodstock. It is free, but registration is required by calling 815-337-9502. No previous experience is required.
The orientation will include a continental breakfast and an introduction for people who have an interest in becoming a volunteer at one of TLC’s natural areas.
