Neighborhood dogs’ alert
To the Editor:
The past three years in my neighborhood, one neighbor has allowed their three dogs to run loose up and down the block on a daily basis. The dogs trespass on other neighbors property, leave excrement, chase after people and cars.
The McHenry Police Department and Mayor Sue Low have been contacted for three years on this serious problem, but do not take this ordinance seriously and have failed to put an end to the dogs running loose.
