On behalf of the Faith in Action Board of Directors, the office team, all of our dedicated volunteers and the seniors we serve, we wanted to send a special thank you to the McHenry County Community Foundation for awarding us a grant in the amount of $6,000. These grant funds will be used to support our volunteer efforts.

The McHenry County Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public foundation established in 2001 to create a permanent endowment that will meet the changing needs and interests of the people of McHenry County. MCCF connects people who care with causes that matter.
