FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION, noon July 4, Horse Fair Park, 8105 Blivin, Spring Grove. "Back to the Past" theme parade starts at noon. FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION, 3 p.m. July 4, Veteran's Memorial Park, north of Walworth Avenue between Terrace Street and Richmond Road, Delavan, Wis. "Let Freedom Ring!" theme.
