Bicyclists and traffic
To the Editor:
Bicycle season is at its peak. I drive for a living, and on a recent morning I saw a bicyclist riding against traffic, with one headphone on and talking on a cellphone.
I have been thinking about writing a letter for a while now, but this seals the deal. I can’t ignore this anymore.
