Fourth teen guilty in Burger King robbery
WOODSTOCK – The fourth teen involved in the February 2011 robbery of a McHenry Burger King pleaded guilty Monday.
Marco A. Delgadillo, 19, pleaded guilty to one count each of theft more than $500 and aggravated battery; both are Class 3 felonies.
As part of the negotiated plea accepted by McHenry County Judge Joseph Condon, Delgadillo was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He received credit for two days served and was ordered to begin serving the remainder July 17.
