Peterson: Traffic efficient in a roundabout way

Roundabouts are the coolest thing going in moving traffic from Point A to Point B, one that defies the notion that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line.

Sometimes, it can be a circle.

And had I been a more daring high school student, I would have studied calculus under Mr. Sponheimer, the best math teacher I learned under. He introduced me to the fascinating worlds of trigonometry and analytical geometry.
