CL Park District to teach mountain biking
CRYSTAL LAKE – The Crystal Lake Park District Nature Center will offer a “Mountain Biking 101” course in July and August.
Riding a bike through the woods and prairies can be a great way to spend a summer day. But would-be bikers should know a few things first.
The program is geared toward children ages 8 to 12 and will teach the proper way to ride trails without harming the environment or themselves.
