Manager aims to rebuild reputation of Cary apartment complex
CARY – It wasn’t uncommon for police officers to be called to 401 First St. in Cary to the Greenspire Oak Knoll apartments several times a day.
And it wasn’t uncommon for officers to do routine checks of the area, often having to defuse situations and respond to crimes.
But that was before Louis Lopez took over management in November 2011.
