CHICAGO (AP) – A Will County judge is being investigated over allegations he viewed pornography on the computer in his chambers between court proceedings.

According to a complaint filed Friday, 69-year-old Judge Joseph Polito often ran up against a safeguard that prevented access to pornographic websites, but kept searching until finding sites that were not blocked.

The Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board, which investigates allegations of misconduct by judges, filed the complaint. It will be reviewed by the Illinois Courts Commission.
