LAKE IN THE HILLS – The village will be accepting nominations for the Gordon Larsen Business Achievement Award through Aug. 3, This award was created to recognize a local business for its contributions to the community. Award criteria include significant growth, employment, customer service and community support.

Nomination forms are available at Village Hall, 600 Harvest Gate, or can be downloaded from www.lith.org.

After nominations have been finalized, online voting will be available through Aug. 24. The winning business will be announced at an upcoming Village Board meeting, where the owners will be presented with a commemorative plaque.
