Hurried drivers

To the Editor:

You seem to be in a hurry. I know that because you feel the need to drive 70 mph and pass in “no passing” zones – on a hill or a curve, in the fog, against oncoming traffic. You are going to kill someone.

I don’t understand the need to be the first person at the red light. Do you enjoy waiting longer for it to change? And when two lanes merge, you just have to be in front of one more car. Do you really believe that you are going to get to your destination that much faster? I hate to tell you, but I’m still right behind you at every stop sign and red light.
